I thought this was a male question about a couple of questions about testosterone?

Estrogens (alternate spelling: oestrogens) are a group of steroid compounds, named for their importance in the estrous cycle, and functioning as the primary female sex hormone.

Your Endocrine system is very complex. Testosterone is created in the testes and is commanded by the signals from the Pituitary Gland in the Brain. Your Endocrine system includes Thyroid, Thymus, Adrenal, Pituitary, and Gender Specific organs.

Every man has Estrogen that "is absolutely essential" just as every woman has some Testosterone which is just as important. However of course, Testosterone is the main Hormone in Men, and Estrogen the main in Women. You do NOT want to decrease estrogen in your body regardless of gender. To do so would be to set off a series of catostrophic bio-chemical chaos in your body with devastating results. Only a specialist should make decisions as to Hormone therapy.

The Mayo Clinic site and Men's Health sites and other searches on testosterone or those on hormons will give you the info you desire.

You need to be careful. The body has a normal balance for these hormones, and messing that can lead various problems. If you want to buff up, you should talk to your doctor and determine a safe way to accomplish your goal.
