My bf and me use to talk on the phone contantly till about a month ago...I got custody of my son a month ago...I think that maybe I am pushing him away...I told him that once I got my son back that I wouldn't have as much time to devote to him like before...And he said that was ok and that he loves me and he is going to accept my son because he is part of me...He has came over to visit a few times since I got my son...And we see each other about the same...But he doesn't seem to want to talk on the phone with me as much...Earlier I text him to tell him that I love him...But he said he loves me to but he was in the shower...So I waited for over an hour to talk to him and he still hasn't text me back...Is he avoiding talking to me?...Did I do something wrong?...Am I being to needy?...He says that he likes it when I call and text him because it make him feel secure...What should I do?

Don't worry dear: Your only crime was love.

I think he feels slightly jealous and shocked, but wants to back off and not interfere with you and your son's relationship.

Sooner or Later, he's going have to take some part with your relationship with your son, so why not now? This is also a great opportunity to jump-start his relationship with your son. Go have a fun family day at the movies, theme park or something else something you all like.

Be careful and make sure they have a positive relationship. Their relationship can effect yours!

On the weekend, let your son go off at a friends and then spend quality time with your bf, to show him you still have time for him and a son.

Right now, you should wait until tomorrow to call him [unless he calls you first]. If he doesn't Ask him why he didn't call, or at least leave text message apologizing.

Uhh call and text him then.

But dont get crazy.

Guys in general dont like using the phone as much as women do.

Guys use the phone for things like ordering food, finding out where to meet up, and then maybe 3 hour long phone conversations about absolutetly nothing.

Youve got a kid, worry about him first. If your boyfriend is scared off by a kid, then let his punk *** leave. And find a man that will love you and the kid all the same. But dont expect it to be easy. But dont settle or put your son in the background for a piece of crap.

And for the mean time, just chill out. The guy said he likes when you call and text, so do that. But dont overdo it or you'll make him think youre crazy.
