You're watching one of your fav shows and someone walks into the room, sits down, and begins talking on the phone as loud as the volume is on the t.v. The more you turn the volume up, the louder the person speaks. Who should turn down the volume?

All depends........ Is it a cordless phone? Can the person on the phone take the call in another room, or are they stuck in that one location? If they can move away from the TV, they should.

Also, is it an important phone call, or just one for "chatting"? If it is a very important call, the TV should be trned down so that the person on the phone gets all the details straight.

The person on the phone. Why? Because, the person they are speaking with hasn't got the problem of hearing the caller's voice over your T.V. set - only the caller seems to, and why do they need to hear what they're saying anyway?

Try putting the TV on mute so you can really hear the conversation. Makes the person on the phone think you are eavesdropping and they will leave the room. It's all a mind game.
