I like being Asatru because it validates my inclination to bonk irritating people on the head with a Big (Rhetorical) Hammer. I am blunt; in Asatru, blunt is a good thing. "Frith" and "cooperation" are much more resonant values for me than "niceness" or "harmony".

As a Christian I like the FACT that God doesn't force anyone to love Him or believe in Him. His original intentions were like that before the fall of man and sin entered into the world. I really believe there is a difference in not seeing the light and NOT wanting to see the light. As the saying goes, the Truth hurts, but it also sets you free!

I'd say the golden rule. I think if we could all love each other as we do ourselves it would take care of so many problems in this world. You asked a great question.

I don't participate in any religion, and I like the fact that I don't have to try and ignore or justify things that just don't make sense.

That I am a star. A vessel of potential, and I can unlock to be all I can be. Essentially, I am only at the mercy of the universe for now, but can go above that.
