Scabies sounds right. You need to strip your room of all linens, towels, etc. Actually, everyone you live with should too. It is highly contagious and you need to see a doctor so you can get an antibacterial cream.

Sounds like chiggers to me, but it could be any number of bugs. Try this: put some clear nail polish directly on the bumps and around the area (like maybe a half-inch around the area). If it's bugs, this will prevent them from breathing, and they'll die, and both the bump and your itch should go away. Note that if it's something like scabies (also a bug, but very stubborn), you'll soon end up with tons of little bubbles all over your body, and the only thing to do, really, is to see a doctor. (They used to prescribe Lydicane, but then they found out that it causes cancer, so I don't know what they prescribe now.)

the first thing that i would say to you is always wash and make sure that your hands are clean before you so something or you have stayed in an environment that has a bad surroundings. well it is somkind of infection because you told us that you have opening it because of the itchiness well it might have infected well if that is the case better aplly first aid on it and may be it is a fungal bacteria that must be annihialated to your sytem(hands). the most greatest thing that i would utter to you is go to a dermatologist because eventhough we give you good advices better to see a professional.

I get that myself. then they break open and water comes out then they get crusty and then I get another bubble. and then i itch even more. I get it when I am around a lot of paper and carbonless duplicate paper is the worst for me. It usually appears on the sides of my fingers and thumb where I handle paper. My doc tells me it is atopic/allergic dermatitis. He prescribes a cortisone cream for it. It helps, and in a few days the worst of it is gone. You have to put it on several times throughout the day for it to be effective. See your doc and he can tell you for sure if that is what it is. best of luck. and try not to pick!

for those who have this on their hands really should be tested for hepatitis c-i had this rash for 5 years. creams helped, only to return once i quit the cream.
it says that no one knows what causes it, but since i responded to antiviral chemo, the rash has not re-appeared.
might want to check with your liver doctor...it could be due to something the liver is not filtering out of the body-usually because of a viral infection or diseases such as nash.
good luck-i know those clusters of teeny blisters are aweful-i even had a doctor tell me i was allergic to water....NOT!
(we are about 75% of water!)

I would bet that youve picked up scabies somewhere. You need to go to the doctor and get some medicine to treat it. make sure you wash your hands often (I carry a small bottle of antibacterial lotion in my purse coz you can't always get to a sink to wash your hands)

Does this sound familiar, or is it just on the tips of your fingers? You should go to the doc and let him/her diagnose.
