There is no need for it, there would not be a need for it.
The light of education would bring enlightenment in people of this country.
After all the ministers are also from public, they come from within the public of India.
Our constitution says in the preamble that...: " we the people of ...."
We are just 60 years old democracy, and people need more time to understand the meaning of democracy, I think many of us , have yet to understand the meaning of democracy.
Does it confer a right on citizen to destroy his own property like railways, buses to express anger or a dissent?. No body does it at home.
The day we realise that this property is ours, we are the owner of this property, the real democracy would come as per the preamble of our constitution.
Why blame the ministers alone they come from the same society that gives you the “babu” or a “danda wala” police for a common man”. They all come from the same society.
It is the mindset or mind block that need to be cured through education and not through literacy programs per se.

Rather terming it ministers it wud be better if the slogan is tis way for the govt,by the govt,of the govt cos these days nt oly the ministers are benefitted by the legislation and democracy but also govt employees are also availing the holes in it for their sake .it is the illititerate as well as honest people who cudnt make their way out properly as they dont want to .

India is controlled by corrupt politicians. Thus, in order for India to improve, the corrupt ministers must be removed.
