question about self tanner?

I wanted to try: Dove Energy Glow Daily Moisturizer with subtle Self Tanners - Medium but i need to know if the day after i apply it at night can i take a quick shower in the morning without having to re-apply it or self-tanners are stuff you have to reply everytime you take a shower or dip in the pool for a long while-wants to try this cause i don't feel like having skin issues with the sun or tanning beds..please any advice or tips on self tanning needed! thanks.

Helpful hints about self tanning products:

Use a good exfoliating product on every part of your body that you want tan, prior to using the tanning product.

Use a good moisturizer at least twice daily after you get the shade of tan that you want.

The subtle self-tanners are very gradual. It is ok to take a shower the same day. Use them whenever you would use a moisturizer. I like Juergens a lot.

It just so happens i was out and about and i decided to play with some self tanner while my buddy was in town, I ended up getting a smily face on my stomach and he got some on his face, but enough about that.

what I LEARNED was that the longer you leave it on the darker it will stain your skin but as dark as it was on me it only lasted about two weeks. and yes you can shower to your hearts desire, it WON'T come off. Your skin is good and staind. Think of it as that fake tattoo stuff called henia (if that's how you spell it) All you're doing is temerarilly staining your skin.

I got news for you i used the sun tanning beds for years.I went for an eye exam he told me I had small dark shadows behind my eyes from tanning salons.I had to stop.I used the goggles too.Not only are you going to look like a prune later with your skin on your face an chest your eyes take a beating too.I have only two wrds of advise.STOP GOING/
