Chocolate, and with your finger. Wooden spoons have a horrible wood grain texture that gets in the way of the sugary, chocolate taste; metal spoons are too cold and taste like, well... metal. And plastic spoons are too oddly smooth, texturally. Licking the mixture right out of a large, Pyrex bowl is the best way to enjoy cake mix. Even if it makes your hair all chocolatey.

Chocky cake mix is awesome & its better with your fingers that way you don't miss any.
I find the spoon still leaves traces which you end up using your fingers to get.
It sounds grubby but, I'm in my own home, who cares of my manners!!
