wow some really mean answers!
Well the options are simple, one just asks the units medic for
a "leg bag", a little tape and a tube and well it works.
Common military item but hardly ever talked about. Also common in other military settings, aviation, certain guards who cannot leave a position, etc.
Suspect it is a "trade secret", no who wants the details but a very good issue to bring up.

This is really a good question. I think you have to bury you do do else the enemy will smell it. I have a friend who was a Marine sniper and he said you didn't want to wear any after shave etc. otherwise the enemy was close they would smell you. I was curious about how you sleep at night and stay safe. Seems the sniper men climb a tree and put up a hammock so as to be off the ground and up where they can't be seen. These guys really know how to survive.

Snipers don't tend to go behind enemy lines. That's why they're snipers. They can easily hit a point target 1000 meters away. But if they can't move I would imagine they just pee themselves. I would personally much rather need to wash my pants than die.

Depends on where they are at.
If they are moving around, they pee where they can.
If they are in a hide ( like the holes the green berets dug in the first iraq war behind enemey lines)
They usually bring collapsible plastic bottles with them to pee in, along with plastic bags with chemicals to defecte in.
And since your so interested, after they poop into the plastic bag, they have to kneed the poop and chemicals together to prevent gas and smell from forming.

No, they will hold it for hours if thier position will be compromised, but if they have to go and can go safely, they will dig a hole and bury it, so the odor will not give away thier location.

They have to get used to stinky pants. You can't leave your position until your job is done
