No one here can help you with that, it would be a cheesy and impersonal thing to do for such an intimate friend.
What usually happens is that you are in a situation, and something happens and a name just kind of sticks.
Example, my brother's ex-girlfriend has three kids. The youngest didn't speak very well when he met my brother who is named Steve. He kept calling him Beeve. And now everyone in that part of his life calls him BEEVE.
When I was little, my aunt was also becoming a grandmother, my dad's nieces and nephews were having children. I only knew her as an aunt and it struck me as odd that she was OLD enough to be a grandmother, so I was kidding around and I said, Hey Granny! I think I only said it once but the rest of the family thought it was hilarious and kept calling her Granny all day, and it stuck. She was "Granny" til the day she died. Actually, sometimes I called her "Aunt Granny".
Kids are great for giving nicknames because they are so innocent and honest, but they don't know they are being clever so it isn't like they try...the truth just spills out sometimes. So you just have to wait for the situation to come along.
Sorry I can't help you, but here's hoping that when that little love name comes along it will be wonderful.

Boyfriend and girlfriends usually decide on 'nicknames' or 'petnames' for each other based on their relationship, their communication, their playfulness and personality, or even their particular characteristic. Many times, those pet names are personal and sacred. Surely you don't expect your Yahoo Community friends to 'come up' with some 'name' for your 'future' boyfriend and your brother's 'current' girlfriend that would 1) make sense 2 ) have any real or true meaning or purpose for each of the parties involved. Nicknames and pet names are personal and belong to the people who give them to 'each other' - not strangers.....

When bf wants to have sex, call it the Zach Attack.
Call him Smoochie otherwise. For the chick, she could be his honey bunny, boobie doobie, kitty cat kitten, cockpit.
