it really depends on how much muscle mass you have. the more muscle mass the less water weight you will lose from the reduction in muscle glycogen stores. for most 5-10 lbs, which you will regain once you start eating normally again...

That depends on what the liquid is.. Pure sugar water... probably nothing... Pure carrot or celery, (etc.) maybe 5 lbs or more.. depending on water weight, BMI, Metabolism.. etc. I work in the heathcare field, and I've seen patients on a liquid diet that do not lose anything due to sugars, and proteins. And I've seen some lost 10 lbs. It really depends on what you drink, your very own fitness level, diet, and other related factors. I would NOT recommend this. Unless noted otherwise for health reasons by your Phys. But, you will do what you want. Good luck.
