Muslims (and Islam) say Jesus was a prophet but they reject all His teachings ....that is hypocrisy.

They reject Christ's diety;
they deny his claim to be the Son of God;
they deny his death on the cross...
they deny His resurrection..
They deny Jesus is the Christ/ Messiah...
In fact, the Quran says : "Allah has no son".
Need I say more...?

Don't be deceived. The Islamic god is totally different than the God of Jesus Christ.

The Bible calls Muhammed and those like him false prophets:
"Who is a liar but he that denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is anti-Christ, that denies the Father and the Son. He that denies the Son, the same has not the Father." (I John 2:22

The bible is unique among the world's literature. It consists of 66 books penned by 40 different inspired writers over a period spanning about 1,500 years; and yet it is all integrated.
It is chronological; it can be followed from beginning to end.

The koran arrived about 600 hundred years later. It mentions names and events from the bible, but usually out of order; in some instances mohammad quotes conversations between people who never even met because they lived centuries apart. Mohammad wasn't too concerned about such trivial matters ashistorical accuracy.

The koran is difficult to follow chronologically. Mohammad died leaving an unorganized collection of his writings. His followers solution was to arrange the chapters (called Suras) in order from the longest to the shortest. This is not the order in which they were written.

The koran has been revised many times. There are chapters in it that contradict one another. Mohammad would receive a devine message, then write it down. Later, God would reverse Himself and Mohammad would write that down. This is called abrogating. Many verses in the koran have been abrogated.

It seems rather convenient that God would give mohammad a new revelation allowing him to take his brothers wife.

The most important difference between these two books is what they say about Jesus. The Jesus of the koran is not the Jesus of the bible. The koran calls Him a prophet, but denies He is the Son of God. It denies that he died, was buried, and rose from the dead. It denies He is the Messiah.

Believe what you will about Jesus, but the koran cannot be right about Him because if He was a prophet of God, then He was a false prophet for claiming in the bible that He is God.
Mohammad should have either acknowledged Jesus as being who He said He was, or labelled Him a fraud. Jesus cannot be both a liar and a great prophet at the same time.

nicely a minimum of you transliterated Koran properly. The letter "q" has no unique sound; it is used for "kw," which identity no longer how "Koran is asserted. Arabic has 2 letters that make a ok-sound; while you're studying Arabic utilising the in any different case unused "q" to show ? could prevail in distinguishing it from ?, yet once you at the instant are not, using a "q" is extra probably to make you mispronounce the be conscious. different than that, each and all the Bible books you referred to have been written by skill of Jews, no longer Christians. Christianity progressed from a sect of Judaism, in a technique that persevered till the formation of the Catholic church in 325CE. previous that any answer from a Muslim could be very diverse than an answer from a Christian or a Jew, so I see little element to the question as written. in case you pick to show out transformations between YHVH the God the the Bible, and "Allah" from the Koran, those must be suggested, yet maximum Christians have not study sufficient of their very own Bible to comprehend their very own God, no longer to show the deities worshipped by skill of alternative religions.

That's easy the bible is true, the quran is false, Jesus is the son of god, Mohamed was a child molester, his wife was 8 years old, the bible has stood the test of time, thousands have tried to disprove, none have, nor ever will.. the quran can be proved false by a sixth grader!!

One big differance is that the Bible was written in a few differant languages, through out a large spanning of years and by many differant authors. Its contents were picked and gathered from many documents and copies- and no two copies of the same page were alike.

The Quran was revealed in one mans lifetime and in one language- it has not been added to or its content revised since its revelation 1500 years ago.

Qur'an is the revelation of God (word of God 100% his words) and the book is separated from the sayings of the Prophet(hadith) and Shari'ah Law(Islamic Law) while the Bible is from Jesus words, the writers' words all in one and Christian says is the word of God.

The Bible is the Word of God.
John 1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
