Well, if its not chicken pox; it can be some kind of skin infection that one gets while you come in contact with a person who has some bacterial/fungal skin infection. which goes away in a few days, but does cause some itching.
The most common way of such a condition to occur is sharing towels with an infected person.
i am just sharing my own experience.
you should consult a physician immediately.

There are a lot of possibilities? If you you live in the country it is possible that they are scabies, body lice, or even a internal disorder. Take him to see the doctor, even if all of us give you great answers only the Doctor can see these places on his body, and can treat them.

I see the place you're coming from and that i could think of that being an fantastically puzzling concern to be in. i understand which you relatively have your coronary heart set on the belief of fixing your call, yet you are able to definitely go by technique of a nick call. in basic terms seem at those peoples names: Eldrick "Tiger" Woods and Stefani Joanne Angelina "female Gaga" Germanotta. i understand that would sound hopeless, yet to be hassle-free that is going to in all probability destroy their hearts in case you replaced your call. the belief of passing down a kin call is extremely significant and continually has been. i wish this enables you out.

Hmmm...hard to say, if it were dry and patchy, I'd say maybe some kind of eczema. It cant be skabies or psoriasis since its not flaky. Either way, go to a dermatologist-STAT!

No one on Y! can answer this! They need to be investigated. however, one thing that is common that you can check out is maybe they're hemangiomae.
Do they look like this:

My brother also has it. :( It's called psoriasis. You might want to take him to a skin doctor because he could result in having skin cancer. Best of wishes to your brother :)
