Once a man went to Rabbi Hillel and challenged him.
"Teach me the whole Torah while I stand on one foot," he challenged, "and I will convert to Judaism." Rabbi Hillel simply smiled and said,
"That which is hateful to you, do not to your fellow man--all the rest is commentary. Now go and learn."

Also, our basic theological principles are summed up in what we call Maimonides' Thirteen Articles:

1. G-d exists
2. G-d is one and unique
3. G-d is incorporeal (nonmaterial)
4. G-d is eternal
5. G-d alone is to be worshipped and no other
6. G-d's prophets are truthful
7. Moses was the greatest of the prophets
8. The whole Torah was given to Moses on Mt. Sinai (Written and Oral)
9. There will be no other Torah and the Torah will not be changed or annulled
10. G-d has foreknowledge of men's actions, thoughts, and words
11. G-d will deliver retribution
12. The Messiah will come
13. The dead will be resurrected at the coming of Moshiach (Messiah)

You're never gonna' get a set answer in here because there is 5,000 years of info to share with you. Talk to a Rabbi or go to Barnes and Noble and start buying books. I will tell you we don't beleive Jesus was the Messiah, too many things didn't happen that should have occurred in concert with his arrival if he was. God is the only god and also our creator and creator of everything that exists. We did contribute the Bible (which we call the Tanakh) and which so many christians use, but then tell us we don't understand it. We have 3,000 years more of using it than they do. We are more similar to Islam than Christianity. But still, there is a wealth of information that won't fit in here.
