My ALL time favorite dessert has to be.. Emeril Lagasse's Cinnamon Creme Brulee.

I had this dessert for Valentines dinner with b/f at Emeril's Delmonico Steakhouse at The Venetian Hotel, Las Vegas.

It was heaven!

I actually have three (3) favorites and can't decide between them when given a choice.

Strawberry Short Cake (both chocolate & vanilla versions of the cake)

Cheesecake

Coffee Ice Cream

Have a lovely rest of the evening.

Here is something that I can not get enough of. My wife "for one" --- The other "German Chocolate Cake". She might make this --- may be two or three times a year. The ingredients are somewhat costly.
Thanks for asking? Now I'm thinking ?????
How can I talk her into making one here pretty soon?
