winnie the pooh is definitely male.
piglett, eeyore, rabbit & tiggr r all male.
in the books they refer to them all as males
the only female that appears in it is kanga, who is roo's mum

I'm not really sure, but:
My school's mascot is the tigers and so on the walls of our cafeteria, we have different cartoon tigers. There's one of Tigger and he's like on top of Winnie the Pooh (very..umm...) and there's a sign that says Tigger's Lunch Spot. So yeah. Winnie the Pooh possibly has a vagina.

Winnie the Pooh is a guy, but it is funny that his name is Winnie... and Poo for that matter...
Does anybody know what Piglet is? I thought 'it' was a guy, but I really can't tell!

Definitely female. If you didn't notice in Entertainment Weakly recently, she just married Snoop-Doggie-Dog.
