Every little thing I do for him seems to delight him.
He bounces over and gives me a giant hug! I spent a whopping 14 cents at a discount bin store and got him fingernail clippers with a knife and a bottle opener. He said he was tickled I had thought about him while I was out shopping. So I guess, here comes the question...
He's the guy I got it bad for.
Do you think he's "catching on" considering all the hugging and sweet talk?
Would most guys know by now? Especially considering he knows how stingy I am with a dime.
Oh, I picked nail clippers because he mentioned last week he needed a pair.
When I gave them to him, he said "Oh, good. I need to cut my toenails!"
I was like..."Don't let me see your feet!"
He said "You'd like my feet." (Is that flirting???)
I just write kinda flowery so don't hold "delight","bounces", and "giant hug" against him..I write like a girl..damn..I am a girl..Well that explains that! And he's not gay.

He may have caught on now that you mention that you got him stuff that he needed...Some guys like it when you get them things that they need...They may also explain why he hugged you.

Sounds like you do have somewhat of a 'crush' on this guy - but nail clippers and hugs and sweet talk don't answer the question. Nothing answers the question like ASKING IT. When you have developed a real friendship with a guy - there's nothing you should not be able to talk about and the direction of your relationship and where each person stands ought to be one of the first things that comes up. I know guys don't usually talk about such things, but hey - you can always ask him what his feelings are without making a fool of yourself. You did a nice thing for him, but does he reciprocate? Has he ever asked you on a 'DATE'? Where he pays? Has he every attempted to 'kiss you' or take it there? If none of these things have happened, I would venture to say that he might either be taking it really slow, or he might not think of you in 'that way'. You must know if he has other girls hanging around. Keep 'observing' the situation and COMMUNICATE to him what your feelings are , or even 'might be'. If he's cool, he'll be honest with you and if it does not go in the direction you want - you have choices - either stay friends, or move on to someone who will return your feelings. It's really very simple. Don't complicate matters that could easily be worked out if you just ask the questions. Good luck to you!

you never know if a guy understands the little hidden message your trying to get across. give him time to figure it out though so as not to frighten him off (so to speak). if he's the right guy, he'll figure it out or maybe he likes you to. For now, just be the best friend you can be and keep dropping little hints like that.

Maybe you need to tell him how you fell cause he's throwing them hints. Maybe the friendship means more u r choice.
