Try a calorie counter watch.
When you can see the numbers it makes a huge difference
You may just need a new way of looking at it.

You take 3,500 plus your intake..Normal is 1,200 when on a diet.

So you have to burn 4,700 a day to burn one pound. Its really easy to do when you can see your goal in numbers. You find yourself shaking your bootie to some music while cooking dinner or waving your arms while watching tv to make sure your numbers are still counting. When you can see what it takes to make your number goal you will have a better idea of what it takes to loose a pounds. And it makes everything seem so easy.

You can pick up an inexpensive one off an online auction or a sports store.

I've lost 60 pounds myself doing this..all natural..no diet..no diet pills

Good Luck

1. Any nutritious diet if maintained for a long enough period of time (months and even years) and if more calories are burned than are taken in will produce permanent weight loss in most people (take weight off and keep it off, rather than yo-yoing between fantastic weight loss and rebounding to even more weight gained, as with most short-term fad diets).

2, Morehouse's dietary goal is a good one. Cut 750 calories a day (250 from less food intake and changing composition of foods — no junk, and about the equivalent of a slice of bread a day less than usual consumption). Consume another 500 calories a day by about a half hours' exercise, including warmups and walking). Once you build up to 750 calorie loss your net will proaably average a half pound to a pound a week (but there will be some plateaus and consolidation).

3. You want to lose weight and build muscle fiber. Use your waist line and your mirror as more reliable indicators than your scale, but weight youself anyway. Buiilding up water (fluid retention) adds weight, and muscle build up weighs more than fat, so if you are doing things right there will still be short periods where you gain rather than lose. This is when many peopplle say what's the use, and give up on themselves. Don't. Follow the plan.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Yeah I dont think that is going to work too well. You are not going to get enough calories in your diet. Your body is going to store anything you eat and it will all turn to fat. Be careful with this diet, it can be dangerous.

don't haste yourself to lose weight. Plan your schedule to lose weight. Do regular exercises and eat nutritious food and it will solve your problems. Don't go for fatty eating stuff.
