y u wanna know abt urself? is it because u dont have a boy friend and u feel lonely? u r just 19 take it easy and wait for the rt moment to come in ur life.
And as far as u have told abt ur likes, do u know wats the most beautiful thing in u? it is that u love ur patients whoever and however they r. they really need care and they get it from u. look at this side of life. u r getting too many wishes from all these people.

you are 19 dont live like a 40 or 50y old, change your style a lil and go out for fun not to get crazy, meet guys to boost your self estime, mixup the way you dress and be out going. theres a way to live and be as focus or career oriented at the same time. good luck!

I don't think that you need to loose weight, but it is your body and you can do with it what you would like to do. I don't know you, but if I did, then I would probably love you. I see nothing wrong with you.
