Some may be interested to know that even a traffic ticket is an arrest. It is just a written arrest.

Yes. I have also been shot with a taser, although I did that as a favor to the Chief, a friend of mine, who needed a willing victim for taser training. It is unpleasant, to say the least. Being tased, that is. Being arrested wasn't a big hit either.

No... unless you want to include school fairs where a student pays fifty cents to have you "arrested." In that case, yes. It was a a hot day and I had to sit in a "makeshift" jail for 3 minutes and pay another fifty cents to be freed. It was shady in there. I stayed for at least 10 minutes. It was blissful.

No. Got a speeding ticket 20 yrs ago. Got off all the other times I was pulled over :)
