Okay my ex boyfriend told me that I was wrong for telling my sister that I saw her boyfriend with another girl. He said that I should've told my sister's boyfriend about the time that my sister was talking to this other guy, but I don't love my sister's boyfriend like I love and care for my sister. So was I wrong for telling my sister about her boyfriend?

Well, whether wrong or right, you told. You can't go back in time and change that.
Tell your sister that saw her with another guy, and that she should clearly reconsider her feelings for her boyfriend (because her actions are speaking quite loudly). It sounds to me that they are both playing eachother.
