No. My beds too small but when I had a bigger bed I did, but if I slept on the other side everything was okay.

Always sleep to the side where the sun rises, you'll feel like a new born (but without the blood and the pushing).

I only have a single and I pretty much take up the entire thing. Plus I have these great satin sheets that I oredered from the JC Penney catalog. They are to die for. I'm still trying to find the perfect Hello Kitty pillowcase, but they don't seem to make them in satin.
