My mother's friend had a face lift and she looked a lot worse. Facelifts can look fake and change the whole facial appearance. How about finding out about some less invasive, subtle procedures such as a chemical peel (never had that either) though I'm not actually advocating you doing anything to your appearance. And just as someone else mentioned, please do make sure if you decide on any cosmetic procedure, that you ask to see some before and after pictures and perhaps even talk with some former patients.
Also, I think that they recommend to make sure that the doctor is certified with the board of plastic and cosmetic surgery as it seems that any dr can call him or herself a cosmetic surgeon. Dr's who are board certified have passed a written test and are said to be have a certain level of competence, however, nobody is perfect so please shop around like one would a car or house.

I've always believed that plastic surgery is an individual decision. However, if you could avoid spending thousands of dollars and still give yourself amazing results, would you consider it? Arbonne's revolutionary NutriMinC Re9 anti-aging system is specifically formulated to reduce the affects of sun damage, decrease fine lines and wrinkles, while it works to combat the visual signs of aging. The system consists of products that contain natural collagens, giving your skin a natural lift. They're all botanically based, pure, safe, beneficial, hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, formulated without alcohol, wax, dyes, chemicals, fragrances, acetone, or mineral oil. They're unlike any others on the market with all 9 key anti-aging elements, giving you maximum benefit. Their products are also formulated with nanosphere technology which makes them beneficial for all skin types and adjusts to your skins specific needs by applying more moisture in dry areas and less is oily areas. Research shows that 6 months continued use of this system will give a 68% decrease in DEEP density lines and wrinkles, however I started to notice results within a week or two. Take a look at some of the before and after results below. If you're open to trying a free sample, I'll be happy to send you one.

never had it done nor would i. the reason for that i have seen to many messed up and they make the person look worst then they did before. unless your getting a celebrity plastic surgeon to do it. i just also don't see the point to have to change something about yourself that you shouldn't any how. you was born the genes you have and you should be happy with that. but everyone has there reasons and i don't just others for wanting to look fake if you get out of your head with it. but just because you will get it done you do know when you get older your going to be spending more money to look younger again. it don't last for ever. just my opinion. some people has scars others don't just check to see how good the doctor is before you get it done.

Cosmetic facelift surgery is currently one of the most popular ways to really eliminate and firm sagging skin is to remove some of it and pull the rest tighter. While a cosmetic facelift surgery can’t stop time dead in its tracks, it can improve some of the most visible signs of aging by eliminating excess fat, tightening muscles, and redistributing the skin of your face.
Recovery time and pain may vary for each individual after the operation. If bandages are used, they are typically removed after several days. Stitches are removed in five to seven days. Your face may be pale, bruised, and puffy for a few weeks; and your skin will feel somewhat tender and numb. In addition, it is normal to feel tired and uneasy for about a week. Your doctor will give you specific guidelines about when you can return to work, resume normal activities and engage in vigorous ones. But expect to be at home resting from one to two weeks.

Wish I could afford it. Go for it. I would! Just make sure you check out your surgeon very well. (ask to see the work he has done on other patients)
