Giving her soda will give her gass and that can hurt she might be lactose intolerant with all the dairy. You should not guess and play with her health..sometimes it is nothing but you will feel terrible if there is something and you do not find it in time. Take her to the doctors now. Better safe than sorry

It sounds to me like she could have little pockets of gas. My suggestion would be to take away the soda and cut down on the dairy as both things can produce gas thus causing pain. If she doesn't stop complaining in a few days, check in with the doctor. Also check and see if her stool is normal, not too hard or soft. Either can indicate a problem. If you do bring her to the doctor give him as much information as you can.
People who mention the possibility of her being lactose intolerant are correct. Another reason to seriously curtail the dairy.

It could be dairy. My daughter is also three and has lactose intolerance. She gets stomach aches from any product that contains milk, it also causes her to poop a lot. You should talk to her doctor. Soda can also cause stomach aches, it build gas inside the intestines which causes stomach discomfort. I'm praying that the pop isn't caffeinated because that makes it worse. I give my daughter sprite mixed with an equal amount of water mixed in... pop, especially if its strong or cola isn't good at all for children, besides, it contributes to obesity and bad teeth.

Why is this child allowed to drink soda? That would give her a tummy ache...then if she is eating a lot of dairy products she may be lactose intolerant. I would take her to the doctor and then I'd tell her father to lay off the soda...or don't buy it all together, there is no nutritonal vaule in soda.

NO POP it is full of carbonation thus causing gas, not to mention it rots teeth and the carbonation eats away growing bones. Know this have her checked out if that makes you feel better, but you know kids they 'invent' illness. No fever, no crying in pain, no blood in stool or urine, probably fine, Also make sure she is not constipated she needs to have a BM at least every 2 days.

First ask her if it's on her right side that is usually your appendix. But also with little girl's they get constipated very easily so just try to find out where the pain is. Also if it's not that she could have tummy gas and a peppermint will help.

I seen on the news a couple of night ago about a child telling her parents she had a belly ache. The parents thought it would pass nothing big. But the next day she passed away. Even if it seems silly always consult your pediatrician.Better safe than sorry...good luck!
