I went to onesource talent today and haven't decided whether to sign with them. Tell me your experiences with agencies such as this.

They want a long list of clients so that they can use it to get more clients. But unless you're one of their top dogs you won't get any attention after the fact.
Be careful about signing for an extended term and ALWAYS have an attorney go through the docs BEFORE signing.

I toured professionally in the 70's & 80's and I know that, then, dealing with most agencies was kinda like swimming with the sharks. As for today's agencies, considering how much greedier everything else has gotten, I can't imagine agents have become any better. Best thing to do is ask them for a client list (a full one, not just the ones they want to give you) and see if you can talk to a few of them randomly. They'll be your best source of info on the agency. If this agency really wants your business, they'll cooperate.
