A lot of people have moments where they feel like crying for no reason. Have you talk to your parents about it?

quit asking why - because it will only cause you to mess with your head even more. Just accept that it is, and move on to do something progressive about it, or it WILL get worse.
Depression is a DIS-EASE (think about it, not at ease) that has psychological (how you think and feel) sociological (how you interact with people) and biological (how your body works) components. Each one of those needs to be addressed with a proffessional. Why? well, for one thing, your thinking and feeling organ are affected, so you cant see things objectively - in other words, you dont know what to change in your thought and behaviour patterns to make you feel better, or would have done those things already, y'know?
Besides, depression is a disease of isolation - it makes you feel all alone in the world, so talking to someone about what to DO - not just the sake of talking, really helps.
I have been there - trust me, don't go through that hell alone.

You didn't say your age, if you are under 18 I would say it's your hormones. As a teen, your body is going through many hormonal changes that affect your mood. Make sure you are eating healthy, too much sugar or fatty foods can make your mood change. Don't do drugs or drink alcohol either. Get out and get some fresh air and exercise daily and keep social. You may want to sit down in a quiet room and write about how you are feeling and explore why you may be feeling this way.

Everyone has days that they feel down as you describe. To meet the criteria for clinical depression, it has to last for all of a two week period. You have mentioned four symptoms. You may be depressed or just having a down period.

Depression is caused by brain chemistry, reacting to situations in life, or substance abuse. Some health conditions commonly cause some depression. Some women become depressed around their periods or after giving birth. You can find depression questionnaires on line to talk to a doctor.

Oh Sweety, you probably need to ask yourself the right questions first. Are you doing what makes you happy in your life? Are there unresolved issues in your past? these are just a few questions to ask yourself. Try writing to yourself about how you feel about different aspecks of your life if everything is great then talk to your doctor you could be sick. Some illness triger fatigue and mood swings so, what you are going threw could be side effects. So sweety, it sounds like there may be some things your supressing or just not dealing with or your sick and dont know it.

Good Luck

My Friend
You know when a person has a daily program for every days he or she feels some strange illness and the other kind of behavior that you say . i understand it is not because that matters you say this is just because of your routinee program you need some energy that you can get it with doing an active sport same as dancing or aerobic, changing your routin programs and going inside the society but you must try to do this otherwise you can not be able to put your depression away.
Remember that every person needs to have a motivation in its life so make a goal for yourself.

Sometimes it isn't what is going on around you- but inside of you. A chemical imbalance could make you feel the blues. There are medications that can help. See your MD and make sure if the first one doesn't help you keep trying. You may also want to speak to a therapist- could be some surpressed feelings you have.
Hope you find the answers and feel better soon.

Sometimes people are just depressed because there is a chemical imbalance in your head... and this is more common then you think... Almost everyone sometime in there life has suffered from depression, but if you feel it is getting bad, talk to someone... You can call and have a phone counseling session if you look in the phone book, I'm sure they have one where you live... just talk to someone... people do really care... I know you dint know why you are depressed but lots of time people don't know why they are... It could just be that chemical imbalance, who knows?

sometimes depression is just caused by your body. the chemicals in your brain stop acting like they're supposed to. while you can take the medical route, i'd say try exercise to help get rid of the depression.

also, it could just be hormones. wait for a few more weeks and see if these feelings persist.

Have you done any shopping lately? You probably just need to go do some shopping and you'll feel a whole lot better. Do you have any money? If not you need to get some. Buy yourself some real nice clothes and I bet money you'll feel a whole lot better.
