the dermatologists use a device called a spoon. you can make one by taking a real spoon and drilling a hole the size of 1/8 inch. then you use this device to center the hole over the blackhead and press...it should pop right out...
the trick is to do even pressure because when you try to squeeze it yourself (the pressure may be two sided), and the blackhead may explode under the skin and causing inflammation which then causes more scarring...
good luck

Not quite sure on any home remedies but i do have the same problem as you.. or shall i say i did. no matter how much i exfoliated my nose or tried to blitx them they would'nt go! however 3 days ago i bought avons Anew Clinical Advanced retexturising Peel and i have to say wow!! my skin is generally ok except for the blackheads on my nose and even tho it has been 3 days i can see them shrinking already and i get the bonus of having even smoother skin! highly recommended.!

Scrub your face with a scrub. You can find them in drugstores or make your own. You can buy 1/2 cups of azuki beans and grind them down to a coarse flour by using a blender, a food processor or coffee grinder. Pour water to make it into a paste and massage on your face or use a facial brush Or try steaming your face. Pour boiling water in a bowl thats bigger than your face, put you face in it and put a towel over your head for about 10 mins. Then try to squeeze them out.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

All you need to do is this: Wash your face every morning and b/4 bed. After washing with soap and warm water, reinse well and pat dry....Then use an astringent over a cotton ball and apply (rub) over your face. It may burn , but that is ok. Leave on for 1 minute, maybe two if you can, then rinse off. Pat dry, then leave face alone.
