I am in Iraq and every time I send I pic in e-mail it takes over 15 minutes sometimes 25 to scan and attach a picture to the mail I am sending. Why is that and how can I speed things up?

your memmory could be small
and yes just clean up temporary internet files and cookies maybe it can help you from tools button and then in internet option in internet explorer

It can be a number of things: do you have enough memory in your PC, do you have a slow internet connection, do you have a lot of programs running in the background, have you done a virus scan on your entire system? Try these out and good luck.
