I was homeless and went to my bio sisters for help. I was reluctant due to their past history of being dishonest and just plain biotches! They promised me everything and I fell for it. Now I work at the same place as one of them and she is making my workplace negative by bearing false witness, lies and deceit. What is the most Christian way of handling this? She is prompting my supervisor to question my performance and threat me negatively.

Don't take it personally. This is sometimes the way sisters behave, with lots of jealousy and backbiting. You can't pick your relatives. But know that everyone else understands this night-mare, because they probably have siblings that act the same way.
Kill her with kindness, and don't let her get the satisfaction of making you afraid or angry, because that puts her in a power position over you.
Do your job, collect your pay, and try to get independent of your various family members by working hard and saving your money, if possible. EVERYONE goes through this with family---the only way to avoid hurt or conflict is to be financially independent of them. Even if things were ideal, relatives are often upsetting to be around, and are often judgemental and jealous.
Keep focussed on taking care of yourself and your life, not on them, because you can't control them.
