this guy really likes me and has asked me out twice and i told him that i dont like him like that and i just want to be friends, but he keeps wanting to be more and keeps asking my friends what he can do to get me to like him........what should i do or say to get the point across that im never going to like him like that?

he asks your friends what he can do to get you to like him?? first, you can't get someone to like you. and second, asking your friends is a little creepy.
he has much to learn about life.
all i can suggest is to tell him that you're never going to be more than friends, and if he can't accept that then you can't be friends with him either. but try to be gentle, by telling you that he likes you he's made himself vulnerable.

You should go out with him. Unless he smells like garbage, or he is a registered sex offender what harm could it do.
But whatever you do, be nice, dont be a *****, and dont humiliate him. He has a lot of guts. You dont have to marry him for gods sake.

You could tell him that the harder he tries, the less interested you become (as though that's possible).
