Well if you kind of like him, then it's not too late to change your mind about him. What grade are you in...because middle school/high school boys can sometimes be very immature like that and not give any reasoning for not liking someone. Have you tried talking to him a lot? If it helps, get a mutual friend and then maybe he can get to know you and you two can hang out more.

if he doesnt like u, he aint worth it! one thing u should never do is throw urself at a boy. i like this boy and i think he likes me, so i kinda play hard to get! it works! find someone else sweetie, surely they other cute guys in ur school or neighborhood?not a good idea to put the full name on Y!A maybe he uses this, and if he sees this question he might not be happy bout it.
