IF the man you are falling for is moving out of state, and you cannot leave due to school obligations, and you tell him if he changes his mind, to give you a ring, and he says if you move out of state, give me a ring, what does that mean? What should I say to that?

so basically hes not gonna stay for you and you should just follow him instead of you want to go with him
