It's easy to tear the vaginal wall if the guy is huge or the lubrication isn't good enouhg. I'm 42 and the last time I had sex, I had sever bleeding. The guy was too big. I went to the doctor and the doc didn't believe it was consentual sex...but it was. I bet more lubrication would have helped a lot.
Did it HURT like hell? After it was over,I had complained to my guy that I hurt bad. He said he couldn't feel that he was hurting me...like it wasn't to tight maybe just too dry.

relax. what it means is that when he entered you, you probably ruptured your hymen, which is also called the maidenhead, or in slang, you popped your cherry. it's not uncommon to have a little bleeding when that happens, and no pain. so what probably happened is you got a little blood on your panties, but it stopped bleeding, which is why you didn't find any on the toilet paper. relax, you'll be ok.
