"Adhibe adtente et sapienter" or if you like better
"Adhibe adtente atque sapienter"-.
This is the imperative to a single person.
If addressed to more people then it's:
"Adhibete adtente et sapienter".

Instead of 'adtente' you can also use 'diligenter or 'adcurate'
Instead of 'sapienter' you can use 'prudenter'.
Same meanings however.
