I don't know, but I'm betting it is a sighthound. Maybe a Saluki or Basenji

My vote goes to the All the sighthounds!!! Greyhound, Saluki, Whippet, Scottish Deerhound, IrishWolfhound, Borzoi...these dogs were bred to hunt by sight & they are phenomenal at what they can do!

Sue B and Foxfire are correct. I've had Greyhounds and Whippets that would spot a squirrel twice as far away than my other dog's, Hands down

Any sight hound. That would include Afghans, greyhounds, Irish wolfhounds, salukis, whippets, borzoi (Russian wolfhounds). They are also very fast.

not sure.irish wolfhounds have great eyesight.they are considered sight hounds which means they hunt with their eyes instead of their nose.
