Yes you can die from bulimia. Without treatment, this “binge and purge” cycle can lead to serious, long-term health problems. Acid in the mouth from vomiting can cause tooth decay, gum disease, and loss of tooth enamel. Any type of purging can lead to bone thinning (osteoporosis), kidney damage, heart problems, or even death.
Treatment for bulimia involves psychological counseling, nutritional counseling, and sometimes medicines such as antidepressants. Treatment does not usually require staying in the hospital, although this is sometimes needed. Both professional counseling and antidepressant medicine can help reduce episodes of binging and purging and help you recover from bulimia. Both are long-term treatments that may require weeks or months before you notice significant results. You may need treatment with counseling and possibly medicines for more than a year.
Bulimia that occurs with another condition may take longer to treat, and you may need more than one type of treatment. If you have another condition that commonly occurs with bulimia, such as depression or substance abuse, your doctor may want to treat that condition first.
People who seek treatment for bulimia or another eating disorder may have other health problems caused by the disorder. If you have had bulimia for a long time without treatment, or if you have used substances such as laxatives, diuretics, or ipecac syrup to purge, then you may have a health problem such as dehydration that needs treatment first. In serious cases, these conditions related to bulimia may require you to spend time in the hospital.

I know from experience that this is a very scary thing to go through. I dont want to scare you, but yes you can die from this, which is the reason why I stopped throwing up after meals. Bulimia, especially if you have been doing it for a long time, will detroy your insides. All the acid from your stomach destroys the lining in your throatm, making it soar and a greater chance of getting infected and sickness. You end up throwing up blood because your throat is fading away. your bones become weak and dull, allowing you to get broken bones easier. Your hair starts to fall out, and nails and skin beome weak. You may experience sharp pains in your heart and abnormal heartbeats. The worst t hing about this is that even after you decide to stop, it never truely goes away. I've been bulimic- free for a year, however, every now and then my stomach rejects my meals, becuase i trained it to do that when i was younger. i can't eat fastfood or any fatty foods, i can't even smell them without gagging. I have to eat small portions, i never eat until i'm full. I have to have snacks between meals to keep me from going too hungry and then stuffing my face with food later.so just be carful with what you eat, and dont eat a lot, eat more healthy foods more often such as an apple or orange for snack.

People die all the time from bulimia. There's information on TV all the time. Get some help immediately. You are probably too skinny in reality but you can't see it. You die when your organs give out. I'll pray for you.
