Infrared sauna is much better than the traditional sauna.

Infrared radiant heat in an infrared sauna is safe. The heat penetrates more than 1.5 inches into the body. It knock loose toxins from fat cells into the body which are then released into through sweating. It heals and stimulates tissues, and that it is effective therapy for arthritis and tissue injuries. Some doctors even claimed that Infrared sauna is the only way of removing man-made toxins from your body. Bio-accumulated toxic load in the human body is responsible for all disease not attributable to bacteria or virus.

either which is fine, depends in your taste,as long as it works for you then go with what you believe in, but since you ask, traditional is still my choice,lasers/infrareds can definitely harm your skin cells coz it penetrates your skin deeper,no matter how good their intentions are, how? cells dry out almost immediately, good if its bad skin cells, bad news if it isn't, but how will you know what goes out of your body? there is one, after a month of infrared, lines are showing and the elasticity of your skin looses its power so you have a tendency to look haggard and tired. whats the best alternative? the traditional body massage plus the usual sauna,it still works
