Here are the facts: First offense, state of florida, 18 years old, charged with 3 counts of aggravated assualt, grand theft, and the weapon was a pistol. No one was hurt. Do you think the person will even get out on bail?

Bill boards all over the state...hes going to prison.

The bail will depend on a judge. The judge might set no bail. Time for the armed robbery depends on what has been robbed. If it is a bank, then federal sentence will be starting 12 years and up. If it's a gas-station, store, person, etc., then state sentence will be starting from 10 years and up; 15 years is more likely.

Thugs like that need to be LOCKED UP for a long time!

Those are felony charges in any state.

Let's hope Florida has "hard time for armed crime" statutes.

The young punk needs to learn a hard lesson. The only way he'll learn is by serving TIME in the slammer.

Sorry, no sympathy here.

u can possblty make bail if the judge doesn't take that away at the sentencing
and the jail time i believe is 15 or 25 to life

You'll have to look up the law in Florida. It will spell out the guidelines that the judge or jury has to choose from. From there, it's up to the judge.

I hope he doesn't get out. Going around stealing at gunpoint is not safe for the rest of us!
