'Po Chai' pills. It comes in a little tube with many small brownish pills to be gulped at one go with plain water.

If your diahrrea is severe, got to take the bottle of pills more than once a day. see the directions on the box.

eat crackers and drink a hot coca cola dont warm the soft-drink make sure its not cold,

no food, only clear liquids (no milk or citrus) for the next 24-48 hours. Clear liquids are Popsicles, Gatorade, tea, black coffee, water, flat soda, et cetera...

immodium A-D usually does the trick for me...in addition to rest and drinking plenty of fluids to prevent severe dehydration effects...
