I have never been intimate with a condom but have used a condom to be intimate (just joking dude - I ain't being picky)
I used condoms in my younger years and can only compare it to swimming in a mac (macintosh coat) so perhaps not best feeling. putting honey on the inside and outside of the condom apparently improves the sensation.

Its safer , and should be required by ALL THOSE engaging in sex these days unless you have gone to clinic with each other ,given blood with each other and received the results with each other , now to your Q there is a minor lessening of feeling (pleasure) but it a better feeling than hearing you got a std (so Im told )

Having a real good experience with someone sexually BUT still being safe health wise. The female participant is also protected from unwanted insemination.

um...it kinda depends if there is something IN the condom...if not thats uh kinda awkward and you're kinda screwed-not literally that is. if there is...it feels like uh sex...and it is responsible! ha. but yeah, you might wanna put something IN the condom before you use it...duh. good luck with that.
