Hey-
I have the same problem with my hair. I reccomend Garnier Fructis shampoo for damaged hair. I use it and it is slowly but surely fixing up my hair. You can also try using Aveda. Do not use harsh shampoos if you have damaged hairs. Try using lighter shampoos. Hope I helped!

Well the best thing you can do is stop washing it everyday. Find a good leave in conditioner with styling properties like Potion 9 by Sebastian if you hair is lacking moisture or Icon's "Define" gel if your hair is lacking strength. Make sure that you are using a shampoo that is pH balanced to your hair skin and nails; it should say that on the bottle. Some shampoos that are not are too high in alkaline and can damage your hair even more.
So find a shampoo that you like the smell or the bottle and or price that is pH balanced.

I use TIGI S-factor Smoothing Shampoo and Smoothing Conditioner. I have very fine, thin hair which knots easily.
I've tried loads of brands but find this product the best I've ever used.
