Go learn assembly language. It should be obvious once you've managed to get that down. If not, learn all about the x86 hardware architecture.

Just make something that jams the computers resources like a million long array and have a way to disable it.Make it launch on startup and stay on top(really easy to do with microsofts VB developer http://msdn.microsoft.com/express/. Spyware would require internet settings and gets complicated.
