dream on Barrera fans! if you'll just watch closely pacman improved his game, he's not a slugger anymore, he's now patient fighter and more technical in his game.. hope you guys noticed how Barrera and Marquez avoided pacman...
they chose to fight each other cause they are scared haha, now pacman has to fight a not so good opponent.. i admit Barrera and Marquez are good..good enough to be beaten by the pacman!

Marco Antonio Barrera by far. He is the better boxer! Yeah he lost to pac man but Barrera knows how to fight and not just slug it out like Pacquaio does.

Good question, and a tough one, too. You see, there are many facts and factord to consider in picking the better boxer between these two warriors. First of all, we have to consider their accomplishments. Second, we have to consider their overall talent. Finally, we have to consider their last meeting.
I believe that Barrera has accomplished more than Pacquiao has in their awesome careers. Barrera, however, is declining in talent. Pacquiao is in his very prime. Manny can accomplish many more before he hangs up his gloves and call it a career. In terms of talent, both men have it. Barrera is a good boxer and Manny is a good puncher. Barrera opted to outbox Manny the last time out and he got a beating. That's what makes Manny so special. If you attempt to outbox him, he'll take the fight in your doorstep; now, if you opt to slug it out with him, he will have the edge since that's what he wants in the first place.
It's not easy in picking the better man between these two. Let's consider the intangibles then, Manny has the edge in speed and power. Marco has the edge in stamina and defense. They probably have equal chin and heart. As you see, Barrera never quit against Manny when he knew that he was getting hurt. Manny, on the other hand, never quit against Morales in their first encounter even if his right eye was bothering him. Overall, they are equal. This is because of what Barrera has done in boxing, and what Manny is doing for boxing. In my heart, though, I believe manny is the better fighter since he is my countryman.

pacquiao is better, he is faster and has more of a power punch than barrera...barrera is obviously a better technical fighter than pacman but the same could be said for just about anyone

I think pacman is in his best moment right now, but if you would compare them in their best moment I think Barrera is better.
