Check the yellow pages in your phone book. Just about any carpendar will make them for you. Or again check yellow pages for someone who specializes in cabinet making.

Look up cabinet shops in your yellow pages you will find help quickly. I know because my sons have a cabinet shop and kitchen cabinets are the bread and butter (so to speak) for shops.

It's also called millwork, and many big box stores - Home Depot - have areas for that. Also check with your local handyman, renovator, or builder for companies that spply cabinets. You will have to have someone come to the site.
