i wanna lose this wieght around summmer time.....suggestions?

1) Stay away from a lot of sugar and sodium.
2)Eat mainly fresh fruits and veggies. Plus limited lean meats (tuna, turkey, chicken).
3)Before eating a meal, eat your salad first.
4)Eat slowly, it takes our bodies around 30 minutes to know that its full
5)Drink 8 glasses of water each day.

Jump rope it burns 90 calories every five minutes.

-Junk food is my weakness, I just don't buy it so that I am not tempted. Its ok to have small portions of -not so healthy- foods occasionally.

I know someone who just got out of basic for the airforce. he had the same problem. he just watched what he ate and exercised daily. hope i helped
