I was 5' 5" until I was 19, at which time I grew another 2 inches. I was 5' 7" until I was 29, at which time I grew another 2 inches. So don't let people tell you that it can't happen.
The reason why I grew an additional 2 inches when I was 19, is because I was a professional dancer, and constantly did leg stretching exercises. The reason I grew an additional 2 inches when I was 29, is because I was doing a lot of martial arts, and constantly did leg stretching exercises.
So there is your answer {finally!}. Do your leg stretching exercises. They also help alleviate growing pains, as it is your muscles being pulled that makes your legs hurt. Ask your phys. ed teacher, or any martial arts instructor about proper techniques, and breathing.

There are no safe ways to make you grow taller. If you are concerned that you may have a hormonal problem which caused you to stop growing too early, then you should talk to your doctor. If you were deficient in growth hormone, your doctor could do something to manage that, but other than a hormonal problem, there's not much you can do. If your mother and father were both small, then you likely will be short as well. You need more to find ways to make yourself feel better and be happier with what you have been given. You're going through a tough time of life right now, but in the long run, you'll find that your height is going to have very little to do with your happiness. Good luck!

You could go the old-fashioned way. Attach yourself to a board and stretch the board away from the middle. But, that would be painful, and you would end up being called Skinny. Believe me, though it is no fun being tall. I am 6'2" and I keep bumping my head on things, i am as clumsy as, well, Jar-Jar from Star Wars. Why, just today i had bumped my head twice on my locker, 10 seconds apart from each other. Plus, the long legs make it near impossible to fit into small spaces, like the backsit of a compact car. In truth, you have no control over how tall you are. That's Nature's business. I have a suggestion, though, wear high heels.

I have found an awesome site to get free samples. I get all sorts of new products that haven’t even hit the market yet. It is kind of like a beta testing site for new products. They test everything from food to beauty samples to video games. Here is the site.
