I would like to loose about 40 pounds. does anyone have a weekly plan as far as what food to eat each day? and what exercises to do?
how long will it take to loose 40 pounds? should i take diet pills along with eating right and exercising? any other advice/ what to do

OK....specific diets are different. Spend a little time to educate yourself about nutrition. just try to eliminate most of the fats and processed sugar from your diet...try cooking more of the food you eat. Diet pills are a scam...forget them. Walking is the best exercise to start with. It is easy to do and does not require any special equipment. Start with 20 to 30 minutes at a time, 4 days a week. Go just a little faster than normal at first, and gradually increase your speed. Work up until you can walk two minutes and run two minutes. Drink plenty of water during the day...it has no calories and helps the body burn fat. The best advice is to be patience..give yourself time to lose the weight properly. You did not gain this weight in a month and you will not lose it in a month. Be diligent with the plan of diet and exercise and give it about 6 months to reach your goal...You are not just talking about losing weight, but changing your lifestyle. Good luck

You may eat as much meat,cheese, and eggs as you want and you will loose weight. Its called the Atkins diet. Its suppose to be the healthy way to loose pounds. You should still exercises.I suggest motorized walkers and stair steppers.Do not use any drugs of any kind. you will defiantly loose 40 in 6 months. Wouldn't stay on it for more than a year. Drink lots water,no carbs especially potato's. good luck!

1) Stay away from a lot of sugar and sodium.
2)Eat mainly fresh fruits and veggies. Plus limited lean meats (tuna, turkey, chicken).
3)Before eating a meal, eat your salad first.
4)Eat slowly, it takes our bodies around 30 minutes to know that its full
5)Drink 8 glasses of water each day.

Jump rope it burns 90 calories every five minutes.

-Junk food is my weakness, I just don't buy it so that I am not tempted. Its ok to have small portions of -not so healthy- foods occasionally.

Mix a spoon of honey in a hot water and drink it daily morning in empty stomach. I am sure this will really work out. You can do yoga and exercises in order to reduce your weight. You avoid eating oily foods and take wheat products instead of taking rice and its products. Avoid taking ghee, buttor, nuts and almonds. This will also help you to reduce your weight.
