I cant seem to lose any weight what so ever...I've exercised...I've tried diet pills...I've tried almost every diet out there...I dont eat after 6, I lowered my calorie intake, I tired a low carb diet...I drink more then 8 glasses of water a day...you name it, I've tried it...Im willing to try one more time...and if this doesnt work...I'm going to become an anorexic, Im tired of feeling ugly. I deserve to die. Im 5' 3" and weigh 194, I hate looking in the mirror

I went to see my doctor a couple of times...and by the way Im 17...he just tells me to exercise. I cant get surgery. And between school and exercise I dont have time to do anything and by the end of the day Im tired and upset at the fact that nothing ever changes

sounds like you need to get w/a doctor because you might have some sort of a disorder like thyroid or something? might be due to a slow metabolism? relax and consult a doc.

You don't want to even joke about bulimic behaviors. Every time you vomit, the harsh acid in your stomach comes up through the esophagus and burns it. Eventually, little holes can form and you can die a horrible bleeding choking gurgly death. Oh, there's this tube called a Blakemoor that can be inserted down your throat and inflated to put pressure against the bleeding holes. But, that's just a temporary fix to keep you alive and and feeding tubes and such while your insurance runs out. And, there's pharmaceutical interventions, if done quickly enough, that can stop the bleeding whenever it starts up again. But, that would mean you'ld have to stay in a nursing home for the rest of your life. It's all really gross. RN

Well, I personally think that people shouldn't care about their weight. It's just the way they are and there is a reason for it.
But I understand why you are unhappy with your appearance.
But seriously amking yourself throw up is not a good way to go. One of my friends did that and now she looks even worse then before. She was hospitalized and she need a shrink for a while. But I don't know. Well all I can try to say is try talking to your doctor about it. They normally have good ideas and they are very understanding. That's what one of my friends mom did and she has lost a lot of weight in a healthy way. She looks good and you will too.

Bulimia is terrible for obvious reasons, but allow me to explain why going anorexic is bad.

When you eat, it raises your metabolism, so if you go say a week without eating, when you finally crack, your metabolism won't be ready for it and you can be left fatter than ever.

Just watch what you eat and work out often, but no matter what you do... eat... and don't vomit if you want your teeth to last more than a few more years.

Exercise 30 minutes a day. Eat half portion of what you would normally eat and most IMPORTANT all dont eat anything WHITE. Just veggies and chicken

Losing weight is simple. you need to burn more calories than you consume. if you don't lose weight under these conditions, you are literally defying the laws of physics. count how many calories you eat(NO CHEATING. YOU NEED TO COUNT ALL CALORIES). normal people burn 2000 calories a day, but it can be at least 2500 if you exercise intensely. EAT LESS CALORIES THAN YOU BURN.

See a doctor, or just simply stick to your excersize routine. Maybe you just didn't stick to it long enough. Be patient, the results will start to shine soon enough if you excersize hard and eat healthy foodstuff (FOLLOW THE FOOD PYRAMID.)

umm just try running and watching what you eat you dont have to diet just eat healthy and eat in moderation it takes a while for your brain to realise your stomach is full so eat slower and cut back on junk food and soda etc

ok first of all there are worse people than what you are dealing with right now. ok so if you feel like you deserve to die...then kill yourself. what are you waitingfor? if you think you should die you are stupid. its just what you weigh. talk to your doctor. and dont go anorexic because that is just so f**kin stupid of you.
