It does not state in your list of symptoms, purging, ( making yourself vomit, after eating. ). It is the one symptom missing, which would suggest the eating disorder bulimia nervosa. It would explain your " healthy body weight ". In saying that, i don't know what your own idea is of a " healthy body weight " . Nor do i know your height / body type. It may be that you think it is healthy to weigh 70 lbs. Without the description of purging, and taking into consideration the possibility, that your body weight ( although, you may believe it to be within normal limits), is actually under the statistically " average " body frame, sex, height , weight ratio. In which case, anorexia nervosa ( denying yourself food ) looks like a possibility.People with anorexia also partake in purging, when they feel they have eaten " too much " and the terror of gaining weight / losing control, drives them to " rid " themselves of the food. These people are extremely undernourished, and very underweight. The Bulimic person, will binge , sometimes consuming huge quantities of food ( where the anorexics idea of binging may merely consist of a " forbidden biscuit or a few crackers) and the feeling of guilt drives them also to vomit. Both are guilty of using, laxitives, diuretics , slimming pills, and excessive exercising in a desperate attempt to control their weight, more so, statistically, people with anorexia than bulima, although some bulimics do. Many people are under the illusion that if you vomit until thete is nothing more to bring up, that your stomach has been emptied. This is not true your body will hold onto 50 % of the intake, massive damage can be done, and is done, to all the tissues ,organs and systems of the body as they are all being denied the nutrients essential for them to survive. Purging causes loss of life giving electrolites, potassium, fluids, which can weaken the heart and cause heart attack as well as, causing damage beyond repair to all other tissues and organs, gastrointestinal problems, some cancers, trauma to the throat and glands, tooth rot and decay ( due to the gastric acids in the vomit). Depression is also a symptom connected to both diseases.

Sounds like the beginning of an eating disorder and low self-esteem. I would recommend seeing a therapist (either psychologist or psychiatrist) because medication may be required to get your brain chemicals back up to a more normal level. Once your brain chemicals are functioning more normally it is easier to begin treatment for the other symptoms. At a guess from your symptoms I would say you may be suffering depression because this can either be the cause of or a side effect from eating disorders and low self-esteem. I recommend seeking help as soon as possible before this becomes a greater issue than it already is.
Oh, and unless you're purging and bingeing (which isn't listed in your symptoms) I don't think this is bulimia as Lucky suggested. I'm not even sure if anorexia is the correct diagnosis because you haven't listed your current weight, and the clinical diagnosis of anorexia is based on weight and length of time suffering those symptoms

People with eating disorders commonly have a "healthy" body weight, especially in the early stages.
If you have a "healthy body weight" but "hate seeing self in the mirror - see someone very large" there is an inconsistency there, which is strongly suggestive of an eating or body dysmorphic disorder.

It has nothing to do with a healthy weight. It sounds like ED-NOS b/c the 1000 calories per day is not a binge but the intestinal cleansers is a purge, and the self-image matches anorexia but not the other symptoms. It is a combination of anorexia and bulimia, or ED-NOS.

If you're exercising, taking diet pills and only consuming 1000 calories a day, how can you have a healthy body weight? You may have a slow metabolism which can be checked by your doctor, but you do appear to have poor body image.

Your probable illness: Bulimia Nervosa, fasting method.
While some of these are symptoms of depression, the overall listing suggests that you probably suffer from an eating disorder, particularly bulimia.
Don't go too hard on yourself. Give yourself a break. You don't need to be extra slim to be ahppy and to have someone love you - just think of your parents and your siblings.
Would you rather like that someone would love you just because of your slim body and face, or you'd hope that someone would like you because of who you are? You'd take the second, right?
We are made in different colors, shapes, and sizes. Don't force your body too much, as it is God's gift to you.
Don't let others affect your self-esteem. You are who you think you are.
Good luck and God bless! :)

I can't call it Anorexia because you haven't mentioned cessation of your periods or the weight loss to meet the criteria, but you could certainly be on your way without intervention. It could be Bulimia as laxatives are a form of purging and you mention being a guilty eater which I wonder what that means and if you're binging or just guilty about eating tiny amounts. I'd have to say eating Disorder NOS as you have said enough for it to meet that criteria for clinical severity. Please seek treatment before it becomes harder to intervene. (And it will escalate...)
