on the lower right hand side in the tool bar there is a blue and white question mark flashing . it pops up from time to time to warn me about spyware. when i click it it takes me to a website for spydawn. i have already ran a spyware program how do i get rid of this pain in the butt alert. i have tried everything and i cant even remove it. please help..

You'll be able to remove it. What is happening is its loading in your STARTUP list. So what you want to do is edit it out of your start up list.

Go to the site below and download QUICK START and what this will do is open up the list of programs loading when you start your computer.

Find that pesky bastar* and uncheck the box next to it. Then when you start your computer you will be free of this pest once and for all. Also when you go to that site below, after you do that, for good measure, get the other programs free too.
